We ship immediately in almost all cases. We use an unusually heavy packaging system and cushioning. However, once in a while the carrier may create a problem.
- Has not arrived when expected.
When your order was shipped you were emailed the tracking number. First thing is check on the status. If the shipment does not show or indicates they may have lost it, contact us with the order number and we will take care of it and advise you.
- Carrier left shipment on truck overnight and it froze. Concerns?
The solvent based products in the metal cans will not freeze, therefore, nothing to do except let it warm up to room temperature. Test before using in quantity.
The water based products will freeze and you may hear or see ice chunks. What we have told people for years (and never been told other than all was fine) is simply warm to room temperature and when fully melted back to liquid - shake well. Allow to settle a couple of hours, then do a small test area. If you have any concerns, contact us.
- Dented cans, etc.
If the can is dented, there is no effect to the product and you can go ahead with using it.
