First, it is highly recommended that you:
to:
and eliminate surprises. This also aids in the correct diagnosis of the job conditions.
The steps for creating an order are:
This right panel window will display the product, it's coverage guidelines, it's packaging sizes, and it's pricing for each size.
Note: Most, but not all, products have a lower price per gallon when ordered in 5 gallon pails (at a minimum 25 gallons per product order), and in 55 gallon drums. However, pails and drums are not available at all warehouse locations. If that pail/drum option does not show up on a product page here, you can return toand select a warehouse indicated as "Stocks Pails and Drums".
When you click to add a quantity of product, this window panel then changes and displays the current invoice with all costs. You do not need to fill in shipping information until finished adding products.
All the product and other information (bill to, ship to, etc.) is retained on this warehouse's shopping cart until you close out your browser or submit the order. Therefore, you can:
- Add more items and not have to fill out billing / shipping information again.
- Take time to measure and calculate quantities of products needed, then add.
- Go back to the main web site to answer additional questions.
- IMPORTANT: Each warehouse has it's own dedicated shopping cart. Therefore, when returning to complete an order, be sure you come back to this same warehouse page. As a shortcut back to here, add this page to your "Favorites" (bookmark) list now.
You will next see a page similar to this that says - "This Transaction Has Been Approved". ( See arrow ). This tells you that your order has reached us and will be processed.
In addition to the "order receipt" from the shopping cart, you will be receiving by email: a credit card charge notification from the processing company, and the next business day - a shipment tracking number from the carrier.
NOTE: The key to knowing that your order was processed is the "order receipt" web page generated by the shopping cart as mentioned above. The confirming emails are sent automatically during later processing, HOWEVER, there are a few reasons you may not receive them or do not hear from us in response to your emails. Check on the following with the understanding that those emails really were sent to you:
- The "reply to" email address in your software is not a valid email address.
- Your computer has spam blocking software that does not recognize Aldon or UPS email addresses and therefore blocks them.
- Your internet service provider has spam blocking software that does not recognize Aldon or UPS email addresses and therefore blocks them. This can happen without your knowledge.
- Your computer has spam blocking software that requires a human response to it's inquiry to the sender before it allows the email to be delivered to you. This will block our automatically generated emails.
You can return to this instruction page by clicking "Ordering Instructions" at the top of the left window panel.
