Using the special email address - Handling shipping questions If, after you have tracked the shipment with the number sent to you by email and find the carrier has not delivered it by their promised delivery date or it is not showing on their tracking system: You can call the carrier with the tracking number. If they cannot satisfactorily answer you, email us the tracking number and we will call them to expedite the issue. Questions about the products or your project?
