Assistance with the ordering process

This page is not for a shipping issue or your project.  Back up one page for those.  This page is designed to address only problems with creating and placing your order, or revising or canceling your order.

We know it is frustrating when you are stalled when processing an order.

Relax, your order is still there and we will assist you right away.

Here are all the questions or problems that other customers have encoungered. If yours is not here or the explanation is not clear enough, you can contact us from the section at the bottom.

Shipping and Warehouse questions:

  • For international orders of 10 cases or more, please fill out the boxes below and in the large box at the end tell us how many cases of what products you would like quoted.
  • I need it now! How do I get a rush shipment? Back up to the map page. You will see a link for rush shipment. But, first see the button. You are probably in the one day shipping zone.  You can also pick it up if you need it the same day.
  • What is the holiday schedule for the warehouse stores?  Click here.
  • I need the address of the warehouse. After you click on the state you are on the warehouse ordering page.  Above all the product pictures is this button: That page gives you address, maps, and pictures to get you to the location, the parking area, and the entry door.
  • When will I receive my order? See the button in the left column above the product pictures on the shopping cart page. All orders are shipped by the next business day or the same day if received by noon.
  • How do I track my shipment? The shipping company will send you an email with the tracking number within 24 hours on a business day.

Shopping cart and ordering questions or problems:

  • The shopping cart wants a delivery address and I want to pick it up at the warehouse instead. Allow the cart to fill in the delivery address anyway.  When you get to the next page you will have an option to pick up at the warehouse with no delivery charge.
  • The shopping cart would not accept a second product item? The shopping cart sends you a "cookie" file to keep track of your order. Adjust your browser to accept cookies & enter items again.
  • I submitted credit card information and I get an error message saying my order was not accepted. A typing error on your credit card information, or the card is overlimit. It is not the shopping cart.
    Credit card verification is by the billing address. Be sure to use the address your credit card is billed to in the "Ordered by" area. For the shipping address, you can put in any address you want. Verify the number has been entered correctly. One number off will cause it to be rejected.
  • Credit card will not go through? That means the credit card transaction was declined, not your order. Please check with your bank to see if they have a safety feature on it that is prohibiting you from making this transaction, or try a different credit card.
  • Cannot add a product because its picture is missing? The picture download was interrupted. Click the "Refresh" / "Reload" button on the browser.
  • How secure is my credit card information? Very secure. Click the lock symbol in the left column above the product pictures for a full explanation of secure servers and credit card encryption.
  • How do I figure out how much I need? See the quantity guidelines on the page where you enter the quantity of product ordered.  There is also this page that will assist you:
  • Get "OOPS" message?  Make sure you have cookies enabled.  Put setting to allow all sites to set cookies and then you can change it back after the order goes through.
  • Changing or canceling an order: Ordering is an automated process.  If you need to add to an order, just create another order for the additional items and request combination of the two orders in the comments section.  For any other change you need to cancel the order in the field below immediately before it is processed (within minutes) or simply use the "reply" on the confirming emails you have received after order placement.  Include the order number so we can find it quickly.  Then place a new order.

Product performance, quantity and other miscellanous questions:

  • How do I know the products will do what I want? Order samples first.  The products do everything we describe, however, every project has conditions that are different and unique.  We have products that will achieve your goals, but your project could be enough different from what you think to require a different product that the one you are reviewing.  Testing samples will confirm your diagnosis better than any expert or theory. You can order samples here  Samples of Aldon products .  As part of that sampling process, you will be communicating with us to assist if you do not see what you expect.  We can get you there!
  • What is the Aldon returns policy? Click the terms and conditions link on the shopping card page where you input your credit card information.
  • How will I know my order was received by Aldon? After you submit your order there is a processing pause, then you receive a confirmation page.  After that you receive an email from the credit card processing company showing the order information.  When it is shipped, the carrier sends you an email with the shipment tracking number.   You will not receive these emails if you have spam control that does not accept emails from sources that you have not previously approved.
  • How do I place an order by fax or mail?  Sorry, you cannot.  Credit card processing is encrypted on a secure server and is far safer than fax or mail.  Also, check payments will delay an order for 2 weeks and are therefore highly discouraged.

What else can you tell us?

Note: If you received a cancellation notice from the shipping company , your order was not cancelled.  It only means that the warehouse made an error entering your address into the system, the process had to be cancelled, then done again.  You will be receiving another email from the shipping company a few minutes after the cancellation that has the final tracking number.

Common questions or issues:

  • Samples cannot be picked up at a warehouse.  They are only shipped, and only from one central location.
  • Pick up orders are ALWAYS ready in two business hours.  There is no need to have to check on it first.  We never have it happen, but if there was ever a reason it would not be ready, we would contact you right away.
